why can I not see your graphics on some pages. some pages are blank?
Answer:
you will need to tell your firewall to add my site as a safe place to visit, or turn off any pop up protections. Go into my Norton/ Options/ Internet security/ Advanced Options/ Web/ Add site/>Permit: Browser/ Referrer/ Email .and leave Cookies Blocked and it works. If it still does not work, then don't block cookies. Or for Zone alarm users go into Zone Alarm and change the privacy setting to Off for all three/ Cookie Control/Ad Blocking/ Mobile Code Control and bingo all fixed :)

When I join I want to know will your terms suddenly Change after I have been with you a little while?

No! My terms have been the same since I opened in 2002. If I did change them at a later date (which I seriously doubt) then this rule would only apply for people joining after the new Terms came into effect. I only added a bit to confirm they will not change

Yes you do have to display my Logo. if you do not have a site yet, you can add the logo once you do. If your membership expires! you must continue to display my logo if you are still using my graphics

If we join your membership and make a graphic, what can we use the graphics for?
Answer:
All Graphics made from my Tutorials are really yours to do with as you wish! But you must make the image from my tutorials slightly different. It will benefit you in the long run by not getting confused about a stolen Graphic. Example if 5 of you did a graphic from my tutorial, and all had it on your site and you saw it on another site. You will think they had stolen it from your site, and that is when the problems start! so please be a bit different like changing the shade or adding a flower or something to distinguish it from yours :-)
But all images you create using my Tutorials are really yours to do with as you wish, you can make them into Tubes and add them to your members area. When I first started out I followed a few Tutorials and found out later from some very stern emails stating that they are not to be offered for download. They should state this on the Tutorials if that is the case. There is nothing worse than following a Tutorial to find out you cannot use the graphics for anything, like making a cake and not being able to eat it. :-( I agree they should have there own rules but PLEASE.. state this on the Tutorial. If there are no rules on there people will assume you do not have any!!Question
For Tubes on your site, are we allowed to offer them as they are on our sites?
Answer:
Any Tubes I offer you must not offer them as they are for download on your site. You can use them for sig tags, web sets and using them to add to another graphic to make your own then offer for download. You can make graphics from them for commercial use as well. You can use them to make cards and wrappers or labels as well, But they are NOT to be offered to others from your site

My graphics must not be made into any line art or Patterns to sell on your web sites or others. Or added to any CD for sale

My web sets require a link back as they are Link ware, Please link sets to http://angelicdesigns.net. All web sets brought from my web set store are not link ware!! Unless otherwise stated.

All Tutorials from members area are not to be offered for download on your site, or passed through any group or email.

My CD'S are not to be shown to anyone other than yourselves, they are for members only. If your friend wants to use one she will have to purchase one from me
