~Taking Graphics~

How many people have visited a site, and seen a really cute animation or Graphic, and thought "hey I like that", and snagged it? it happens all the time. But this is not always done with intent to cause hurt to anyone. Sometimes the person is innocently thinking this is right! I know it sounds unbelievable. but it is true. So I decided to do this page to let you know what can and cant be done .People have no right click on there sites for a reason, it is to let you know that they do not want you to have the Graphic. so leave it there....They will say on the site it is for you if they want you to take it. Many visit sites an see a graphic they like so much, they decide to copy it.. pixel for pixel. This is wrong. you can visit a site and see something, and get inspiration from it. but there is a BIG difference from inspiration and COPYING, You will get busted.... and let me tell you some of the site out there do it in a way you will not like. That is why on my site everything you see I show you how to draw, so there is no excuse at all. I feel for so many accused of stealing as some really never knew the Rules..

~Taking Graphics from Tutorials~

We offer the image on the Tutorial to show you what the image will look like. Please do not save this image and cut it out! oh many do that believe me. This is wrong, you have to draw the image. Not many will let you use the tutorials image result to make line art...I personally do not know anyone who will let you use the tutorial image to make line art...so you had better ask the person you got the tutorial from. You can not copy an image from the Tutorial image to make your own Tutorial image. This is a no no! The Graphic community is very big and everyone knows everyone's graphics. so someone will tell someone and you will get caught. so join a site, and learn to draw yourself. you will be safe them as long as you read the terms.

~Membership Sites~

Go look around a site...and most IMPORTANTLY read there terms. Some membership sites let you use the results from there Tutorial, to make tubes and offer on your site with NO LINK BACK. But many require a link back...so you had better read the terms before joining. I do not require a link back, but I require you to add my logo to your site. Best recommendation on a site will come from others, so ask around first. make sure the site is trustworthy and also good at updating there site. Password sharing is also not allowed so please do not do it. Many sites (including mine) use IP checking and can tell.

~Caught Stealing~

Joining a membership site should be fun, no one should be made to feel ashamed they did something wrong. If you admit to it, most sites will be understanding about it. But running and hiding shows guilt, and no one will sympathize with you at all. Saying sorry and meaning it means a lot to a Graphic sites, I know it does to me and I am very good at listening. So if you have been accused, and know you have done it. Then offer to remove the graphic and send an apology. Most will then forget this as long as you have removed the graphic. Denying it when the proof is there for all to see is not a good idea.
