Before you join my membership you have to read my terms and agree, then you will be taken to the page to join. If not you will return to the main page to leave
I have been asked by many "what are your terms of use" So I thought I had better explain them more.
"I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY INDIVIDUAL"
"Membership is granted upon the agreement of ALL of the terms of use stated. Any individual who is found to be in violation of said terms is subject to IMMEDIATE removal from membership, and NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!"
When you join you will be given my Logo you must display this somewhere on your site, either on a membership page on on your main page. Please link the logo to.
if you do not have a site yet, you can add the logo once you do. If your membership expires! you must continue to display my logo if you are still using my graphics
Terms on my Tubes
For Tubes on my site, all I ask is that you do not offer them as they are for download on your site. You can use them for sig tags, web sets and using them to add to another graphic to make your own then offer for download. You can make graphics from them for commercial use as well. You can use them to make cards and wrappers or labels as well, But they are NOT to be offered to others from your site as they are
Terms on my zip set Tubes you purchase
All I ask is that you do not offer them as they are for download on your site. You can use them for sig tags, web sets and using them to add to another graphic to make your own then offer for download. You can make graphics from them for commercial use as well. Terms on my Graphics
My graphics must not be made into any line art or Patterns to sell on your web sites or others.
Terms on my web sets
My web sets require a link back as they are Link ware, Please link sets to http://angelicdesigns.net. If I find a site using my web set and not linking back to me. I will ask you to remove the set
Terms on my Tutorials
All Tutorials from members area are not to be offered for download on your site, or passed through any group or email.
By Joining me membership it is like you buying a licence to use my Tutorials. But the Original graphic to the tutorials are copyright to me. So you cannot claim to own copyright to any of my graphics, as I own the rights to them all. You have to make the differently slightly from mine
~My Line Art~
All Pixel Art from the members area is NOT to be offered for download on your site, or passed through any group or email. You may NOT use the Pixel Art to make Tutorials. You MAY NOT make line art from the line art to sell or offer.
You may make web sets or Sig tags with my Line Art. You can make Tubes from the Line Art to offer on your site,
YOU MUST!
Do your image from my tutorials slightly different. It will benefit you in the long run by not getting confused about a stolen Graphic. Example if 5 of you did a graphic from my tutorial, and all had it on your site and you saw it on another site. You will think they had stolen it from your site, and that is when the problems start! so please be a bit different like changing the shade or adding a flower or something to distinguish it from yours :-) but not chopping heads off and adding your own. or changing the poses. you can change the face but not the whole head
~Making Tubes~
All images you create using my Tutorials can be added to your members area. When I first started out I followed a few Tutorials and found out later from some very stern emails stating that they are not to be offered for download. They should state this on the Tutorials if that is the case. There is nothing worse than following a Tutorial to find out you cannot use the graphics for anything, like making a cake and not being able to eat it. :-( I agree they should have there own rules but PLEASE.. state this on the Tutorial. If there are no rules on there people will assume you do not have any!!.
YOU MUST NOT!
Offer any of my graphics on a CD to sell as your own work. You can make tubes to offer to others but not to sell on a CD. Add the images to any books for publishing without a link back to me http://angelicdesigns.net
YOU MUST NOT!
Offer them as Clip art or Line art.

My CD'S are not to be shown to anyone other than yourselves, they are for members only
~PLEASE READ~
Any member caught bad mouthing my site will IMMEDIATELY be removed from membership! as will any one found to be abusing my Graphics. You are also not permitted to take my graphics and cut them out to use. They are mine and I want them to remain where they are. That is why I show you how to draw them, so you can make your own and not steal mine! Anyone found to be giving my passwords out to anyone else, will also be removed with no refunds given.
